For High Country land there are some surprises, and some items about the same. The number of parcels currently active decreased, despite 145 new listings coming on the market; 93 parcels left the market unsold. The number sold and the price values sold remain about the same as February. Yet the number under contract increased almost 3 times. Spring has brought land buyers to the High Country!
