How's the Market Doing: High Country Land Sales November, 2023

Good news for sellers:  the number of parcels on the market is now at 1268, down from the average number most of the year, hovering around 1350.  The number of land parcels sold and the number of new land parcels coming on the market are less than in previous recent months.  Most sales are building lots, with 7 acreage parcels selling in November.  About 1/3 of the lot sales are in high end subdivisions, with prices over $100K per parcel.  The average list-to-sell value continues to hover around 86%.
