On the other hand, the Odds of Selling a home remains around 60%, selling an average of 31 homes per month, with a 4.7 month inventory of homes available. Homes are selling in an average of 78 days on the market, with an average square footage value of $265/ square foot. Average sales value is rising, as a comparison of the last two graphs demonstrates.
