What's Happening in the Watauga Housing Market: November, 2023

The Watauga single family residence market shows some slowing down, not surprising for winter months.  The number of sales and the number of new listings during November, 2023, are lower than October.  On the other hand, the average sales price increased, as you can see in a comparison of the last two graphs below.  The Odds of Selling a home remains at 56%, selling an average of 68 homes per month with a 5.6 month inventory of homes.
