The High Country land market also shows some change from January 2024, but nothing significantly different. The number sold and the number under contract decreased, but so did the number of new parcels coming on the market. Overall, there are about as many for sale in February as at the beginning of January. Buyers continue to be very interested in the $50 – $100 value range, as well as land tracts and lots in high end subdivisions.
