The March 2024 real estate market turns out to be a mixed bag of messages…possibly amounting to the beginning of the ‘typical’ Spring spike in number of homes on the market and an increasing number of active buyers. In Ashe, The number of homes active is up, as is the number under contract, and the number of new listings. For Ashe, the average sales value fell but the median sales value rose. More homes are selling per month, and the average list-to-sale value rose.
